Important notes:
- Official dongle: Use only the official Shokz Dongle for optimal connectivity.
- Device pairing: Confirm your dongle is paired with your headset before using Shokz Connect.
- Shokz App compatibility: Android users cannot configure their headset with the Shokz App and Shokz Connect simultaneously.
- Account limitations: Each Shokz account supports one Shokz Connect login and one Shokz App login at a time.
