How long is the warranty?
Shokz offers a (2) two-year manufacturer warranty on all new headsets to end-users who have purchased from authorized resellers or authorized distributors (in most countries). Refurbished products purchased from authorized partners are covered by a (1) one-year manufacturer warranty. Your warranty begins with your purchase date. When you receive a replacement unit from a Shokz partner (reseller or distributor), the warranty period on the replacement unit will continue from your original purchase date.
How to obtain warranty service:
If you experience any problem with a headset and you would like a replacement, please contact the Shokz reseller partner from which the product was originally purchased. If the unit is still covered by the two-year warranty period, the reseller partner will facilitate the return and replacement.
Do you offer repair service?
Shokz does not facilitate repairs on any products. If you experience a problem with a headset, please refer to our warranty service policy for instructions.
What’s covered under warranty?
The warranty is only applicable for manufacturer defects. It does not cover abuse, misuse, loss or theft. The warranty only applies to products purchased for use, not for commercial resale.
Do you provide exchanges or upgrades?
Shokz no longer provides exchange and upgrade services, as of May 2023.
