Innovation, Connection, and Collaboration: Shokz at InfoComm 2026
InfoComm 2026 has come to a close, marking an exciting new chapter for Shokz as we continue expanding our presence in the professional communication market. From the debut of OpenMeet2 to meaningful conversations about the future of workplace communication, the event provided an invaluable platform to showcase Shokz's ongoing commitment to innovation.
Throughout the exhibition, we welcomed customers, partners, and media representatives to experience our latest solutions firsthand, share perspectives on emerging industry trends, and explore new opportunities for collaboration. The enthusiasm and feedback we received reaffirmed the growing demand for communication technologies designed for the modern workplace.
The event also featured special guest Ravi Jammalamadaka, Global Broad Market Lead at Qualcomm Technologies, who spoke about the long-standing collaboration between Qualcomm and Shokz. He highlighted the role of reliable connectivity, audio clarity, and collaboration in shaping better workplace communication experiences.
Bringing the discussion back to the end user, Product Manager Ray Cheng explored the challenges faced by millions of professionals who rely on headsets throughout their workday. From discomfort associated with prolonged headset use to the need for greater workplace awareness and flexibility, he outlined how OpenMeet2 was designed to address these evolving needs through Shokz's open-ear approach and wearable-first philosophy.
Together, the presentations offered attendees a deeper understanding of the thinking behind OpenMeet2 and Shokz's broader mission to create communication solutions that feel as natural to wear as they are powerful to use.
Beyond the product launch, InfoComm 2026 provided a valuable opportunity to connect with media, industry leaders, customers, and partners from across the professional AV ecosystem. Throughout the event, our booth became a space for conversations around workplace communication, emerging industry trends, and the evolving expectations of today's professionals.
We were especially encouraged by the interest shown by media and industry leaders, whose engagement helped amplify discussions around open-ear communication and its growing role in modern work environments. These exchanges not only expanded awareness of Shokz Professional solutions but also sparked new ideas and opportunities for future collaboration.
Throughout the exhibition, the Shokz team hosted a series of live product sessions, giving attendees a closer look at the thinking, technology, and user needs behind OpenMeet2. More importantly, these sessions created opportunities for genuine two-way dialogue.
While we aimed to share our perspective on the future of professional communication, we also listened carefully to the experiences, challenges, and expectations of those using communication tools every day. The positive feedback, thoughtful questions, and enthusiastic conversations we received throughout the event reaffirmed that comfort, flexibility, and situational awareness are becoming increasingly important in the modern workplace.
For us, innovation is never a one-way process. Every conversation helps shape the next generation of products, creating a continuous cycle of learning, improvement, and shared progress.
As InfoComm 2026 comes to a close, we would like to thank everyone who visited our booth, attended our launch event and product sessions, and shared their insights with us.
The connections we made, the feedback we received, and the enthusiasm we experienced throughout the week continue to inspire us as we move forward. We look forward to building on these conversations and continuing our mission to create professional communication solutions that help people stay connected, comfortable, and fully present in every interaction.
