The conversation opened on the long-standing relationship between Shokz and Qualcomm Technologies. Since day one, Qualcomm Technologies has been a core technology partner for Shokz, providing the platforms that let us focus on advancing Bone Conduction Technology and user experience.
During the discussion, Ravi shared Qualcomm Technologies' perspective on the collaboration and highlighted how both companies bring complementary strengths. Qualcomm Technologies contributes expertise in low-power computing, connectivity and audio technologies, while Shokz brings deep knowledge of bone conduction, wearable product design and real-world customer needs.

Looking beyond today's products, the discussion also explored how emerging technologies such as Personal AI are reshaping the future of wearable devices.
Ravi highlights a fundamental shift toward a human-centered computing era, where personal AI is anchored around the individual—not the device. In this context, wearables become the most natural interface, enabling continuous, context-aware interactions between users and their AI.
For Shokz, a human-centered future starts with wearability. We believe the best technology should fit naturally into people's lives, allowing them to stay connected without discomfort or distraction. Creating products that can be worn comfortably all day is both our most fundamental mission and one of our greatest engineering challenges, inspiring continuous innovation across our product portfolio.
As the industry enters the era of Personal AI, Shokz and Qualcomm Technologies continue to strengthen their long-standing collaboration. Together, we believe innovation is not defined by specifications alone, but by how technology creates meaningful value for people. By combining advanced technologies with real-world user insights, we are helping shape a future where communication becomes more natural and human-centered.

Bone conduction headsets are more comfortable and real-world connected.
All Shokz bone conduction headphones and headsets are designed to deliver audio via mini vibrations on the cheekbones, which allows ears to remain completely uncovered and unplugged. Open-ear comfort is especially helpful to professional headsets users who wear headsets for an average of four hours each day.
